It is these kinds of Summer days, however, that remind me to enjoy the season and savor what's left of it...
Time with good friends, a nice breeze, cool water, drinks on ice, Kenna in her tiny bathing suit, fresh cold fruit, blue skies with fluffy white clouds...There is so much Summer goodness to enjoy. In fact, Saturday on the boat was the first day in all these weeks that I actually was not sick, so more of those days must be in store. Besides, we're growing another one of these, so I really can't complain about that...
sorry you've been so sick and I remember the feeling even after 41 years. ( Kevin turned 41 on the 28th.) The boat,friends and those precious kids look like a lot of fun, so enjoy it all while you still have your youth and good health.

ReplyDeleteOh, to answer your question about my header - I made it in Photoshop using some of the digital scrapbooking stuff I've got. I'm not really thrilled with it, but it will do until I have time to come up with something I like better. Oh well!
