This is the Kansas back yard view that we enjoyed over the holidays at Grandad & Yiayia's house. If winters for us looked like this I might not mind so much. All I can see out my back window today is brown grass and brown trees and brown dog poop.
Yes, it looks lovely through the window . . . but is soon enough covered in yellow dog pee (at least here in the city). So, maybe brown grass and brown dog poop isn't so much worse? At least your child doesn't try to EAT the dog poop. Right? No matter how many times I tell my kids NOT TO EAT THE YELLOW SNOW I still find them licking their snowy mittens. Sheesh.
